Barbara Crowley, LPC (she/her)

Barbara Crowley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She graduated from the University of Texas-Dallas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and received her Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Texas. Prior to beginning her career in counseling, Barbara was a flight attendant, Vice-President of Marketing at a staffing agency, and online entrepreneur.   

Barbara's clinical experience has included working with adults across the lifespan who struggle with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, and grief. Barbara also counsels adults with autism, individuals who are LGBTQI+ and parents of transgender children. Additionally, Barbara advises people with both early career exploration and the decision to pivot in their current career.

Barbara has been trained in various therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. She has been certified in Critical Incident Stress Management.
